Whether in production, curation, communication, technology, scouting, social media – or in all the other areas of our dashboard: We prefer to rely on good friends, the experience of those responsible for the last conferences and on personal recommendations for our newcomers.

Maybe it’s a little less efficient and it smells like we can arrange everything a bit easier and slightly more professional – but that’s not what we really care about. Instead, we prefer to create a cozy, family atmosphere, a personal relationship between all of us, and treat each participant more as a friend than as a participant.

Therefore, we would like to introduce ourselves briefly in advance to give you an insight into who we all are and what we contribute to the bigger picture!

Ob in Produktion, Kuration, Kommunikation, Technik, Scouting, Social Media – oder in all den anderen Bereichen unseres Dashboards: Wir setzen lieber auf gute Freund:innen und die Erfahrung der Verantwortlichen der letzten Konferenzen – sowie auf persönliche Empfehlungen angedockte Neulinge.

Vielleicht ist es so etwas weniger effizient. Und es mag sein, als könnten wir alles ein klein wenig einfacher und professioneller abwickeln – aber das ist nicht das, was uns wirklich am Herzen liegt. Stattdessen schaffen wir lieber eine gemütliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, eine persönliche Beziehung zwischen uns euch und allen – und behandeln jede:n Teilnehmer:in einfach mehr als Freund:in denn als Ticketbesitzer:in.

Deshalb möchten wir uns hier vorab schon einmal kurz vorstellen, um Euch einen Einblick davon zu geben, wer wir alle sind und was wir zum großen Ganzen beitragen!
